Well, to be honest, I can't stand that it resizes my window on me. My resolution is 1680 wide, and your design then sits at the very center of a very empty window. So even though I detest window resizing, if it at least determined my resolution and based the window size on that, I might not have minded...

Appearance-wise, it's quite nice, although I don't read your language. (Romanian?)
Colors work well together, and everything seems fairly well laid out.

yes, u' r right the resize effect of the browser window is wrong , i will change that. And yes , the website it's in romanian , soon i will make a english version
