autorun programs

As said by the instruction, I have to close or stop all autorun programs or the game may not run properly.

I have MS office, Adobe, Macromedia, diskeeper, and so many programs installed, how can I know which of them belongs to the group of autorun program?

Please help!

Of those, it's likely only diskeeper is an autorun program. I believe what they mean is, any program that's set to start automatically on a schedule.
