Do you know Dreamcast?

I have been reading an article talking about Dreamcast and PS2.
I don't know if Dreamcast is machine for games just like PS2 or it has got other functions that I've never learnt about.
Actually, I have heard PS2 for years, but never learnt of Dreamcast!

Tonight, I brought DAO2 from a market selling second-hand items.
The logo has got something written:
Dead Or Alive 2: LE (Japan Dreamcast)

I suppose it could be played in my PC, but it said it can't load the game, and suggested me do some settings in the 'Folder Option'.

Can this game be played in PC or I need a PS2?:shock1:
