registered domain names

Bear, I have forgotten a website's URL. I just remember the URL starts with "the", is it possible to find this website out?
I don't know whether there are websites that list visitors all registered domain names for them to have some references?

If it was very recently, you might have the address in your web browser history list still. If not, you should try a Google search for something that this site would be likely to contain in it, some text.
Try typing the start of it in your browser (http://www.the) and see if the address bar gets filled in automatically. If not, look in the history file/menu for it.
