ok im running system recovery will this change it back to 60 hertz?? 60 herts is the onley thing that works plz tell me it will

Safe mode is typically F8. Once Windows loads, change it back to what it was before.

ok safe mode didnt work so it is still in system recovery lol i am such a friggin retard hope this works

That shouldn't happen. When you make the change in safemode, did you try clicking the "apply" button? It should prompt you to ask if it's what you want to do...say yes, reboot into normal Windows.

nope just for safemode that all it did apply yep system recovery seems to be working if not..... well anywas how do i lan ??
