Adaware or Spybot S&D

I know of 2 great tools for removing spyware, Adaware and Spybot. But I am not sure which one to use, which is the better of the two tools?

Maybe both should be used for added protection, what do you think?

There are more than just those 2. There's also a great tool for finding and removing these infestations called HijackThis (http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/). This program will locate what's running, and even help remove it in many cases.

Good idea. We may be able to help.

I recommend to use a combination of Spybot and Adaware to remove whatever is picked up.. Probably a good idea, with all the spyware/adware floating around.
