I see there's a support desk on this site.

Is that for us to submit random problems we have with our PC's? that would be very very unique :)

Or is it just to report issues with this forum?

Actually, it's for my hosting and design clients. I give them an alternate helpdesk here in case my main site is down...the link is there just in case they arrive at the main page instead of the direct helpdesk link.

PC problems, post here in the forum. ;)
