Question How fast?

I have just forgotten about the data transmitting rate of USB 2.0.

Is it 40 or 400 times faster than the old USB1.1 ?

Advise me!

Default Re: How fast?

USB 1.1 is only 12Mbits/second where 2.0 is capable of a much faster 480Mbits/second, so 40 times.
400x would be nice, though...

USB1.1 can support 12MB per second? Did you mean read or write?

Bandwidth. Data in and out from the port. The device didn't matter as much as the amount of the data that could be passed through it.
