I have just made a nfo file and sent to Creative Support Center.
The file is just 60kB, but I don't know if it will reveal my personal data or daily habit to them... do you think it is possible for them to track me through the file? btw, 'whatis.com' didn't give me the whole name of nfo, I think I should know its name! Please help if you could!

Maybe, maybe not. Chances are it's just detailed system info to help troubleshoot...but it might contain the system owner's name or something. Will it see what you've been doing in the computer recently? That all depends on what they've set this to grab. It's doubtful they're interested, to be honest.
