Question Audio Output Volume

Software A: Occupied System Resources: 37,123KB
Software B: Occupied System Resources: 13,123KB

Both software A and B are Media Players, but I don't know why the sound output volume by software B is louder, but of worse quality.

I have set their volume to 100%, and disable the function of Equalizer; still software B has got a louder sound output.

I think the reason behind that, should be related to the System Resources the software occupied.
